Good evening, let’s unwind. Flow through the knots and noises of your day while shifting our Qi (energy) around the body in promoting a healthy, light free flow of energy. Paired with a down regulating breath practice too close. Feel meditative, tension free and lengthened, while the night calls to you.

Night Detox & Recovery
Bring the bed to you while we detox the knots of the day and iron them out to leave you feeling light, quiet inside, peaceful and ready for a good nights sleep. This practice is gentle and kind and will stretch out space in the body to breathe and be. Soft recovery movements that allow you to feel supported while promoting a healthy full body system physically and mentally.
Thursday's 7 (45)
Full Body Engagement
Igniting the intelligence of the human body by starting your morning in this 45 minute full body engagement class. Focused on key movements that are vital in your yoga practice and learn how to use them to your full advantage in supporting the body's full system. The chosen movements per class will be broken down with the offer of a beginners, intermediate and advanced option. This practice will always close with a flow. Expect to build strength & flexibility. While working into your full range of motion and stabilising to promote healthy joints.
