A LITTLE ABOUT ME

MIXED MOVEMENT SPECIALIST

Like us all my first breath was my first experience of my natural movement, it only became more expansive from there. 

Under the influence of my Malaysian nanna I learnt early on how to cook, socialise, clean and rest all in the squat position leaving me walking around like John Wayne as a kid. From witnessing the grace of my nanna practicing her morning ritual of Qi Gong it had ignited a natural passion within me for movement. Little did I know this was to become my life and dedication to a career in movement for over 21 years.
